Gary It is amazing how our lives were alike. I first met you when you and I worked at the Goshen Scout Camps in the late 1960’s. Then we both went to Vietnam about the same time. We both fought for our benefits because of exposure to Agent Orange. And we both ended our work careers working for the Department of Corrections. You make the fifth local Vietnam Veteran that I have had to say goodbye to. I brought my Vietnam Veteran cap with me today when I said goodbye to you. And I noticed that you had your Vietnam jungle hat. I did give you a salute when I left you this afternoon, I know that you would have done the same thing for me. You were a good person and a good man and will be missed. R.I.P. My condolences to the family.
I am sorry to hear of Gary’s passing.Always had a hello and a friendly way about him.
I thought the world of Gary, we worked together in the late 70’s. Nicest guy you ever wanted to meet. God Bless him and his family also.
