William Edgar Colvin, Jr.

William Edgar Colvin, Jr., 59, of Craigsville, Virginia died Saturday, September 19, 2015 at his residence.

He was born January 13, 1956 in Staunton, VA, the son of Ruth Breemen Colvin and the late William Edgar Covlin, Sr.

William was a retired taxi cab driver.

He is survived by  his wife, Wanda Gail Frazier Colvin of 85 N. Hancock St, Craigsville, VA 24430;  daughter: Kelly Colvin-Rowe and husband Michael of Craigsville; grandchildren: Dalton McCutcheon, Payton Rowe, Marsha Rowe, Samantha Floyd; brothers; Gary Colvin and wife Jean of Craigsville, Mark Colvin of Staunton; sister-in-spirit: Sandra Hickman and husband Noah of Farmville; and special nephew: Brian Colvin.

William was preceded in death by his sister: Kimberly St.Onge and grandson: William Kym Colvin.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Craigsville Funeral Home.  A memorial gathering will be held afterwards at the home of Ruth Colvin.  Friends are welcome to come by Kelly Colvin-Rowe’s home at any time.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Craigsville Funeral Home.
