Michael G. Clifton

Michael G. Clifton, 59, of 190 Chestnut Ave., Craigsville, Virginia died Thursday, January 2, 2014 at LewisGale Alleghany in Low Moor, Virginia.
He was born September 22, 1954 in Augusta County, Virginia, the son of Fred L. Clifton, Sr. and the late Frances Woods Clifton.
He was employed with Fairfield Bridge Construction Aspen Tree Service.
He enjoyed the outdoors; he loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his father Fred L. Clifton of Craigsville; three sisters; Brenda Morris and Tina Sprouse both of Craigsville and Nina Robertson of Augusta Springs, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Charles F. Clifton, James Clifton, Danny Clifton and Fred Clifton, Jr.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Craigsville Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Adkins officiating. Interment will be in Craigsville Community Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 6-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
